Daycare FAQ

  • How are dogs grouped?

    By size, temperament, and energy level.

  • Is play supervised?

    Yes, with ongoing monitoring and scheduled rest breaks.

  • Do dogs need to be people-friendly?

    Yes. Dogs who aren’t dog-friendly can stay in private rooms.

Boarding FAQ

  • What’s included in boarding?

     Frequent potty breaks (5am–9pm), structured play/daycare (if approved), clean bedding, medication administration, and 24/7 onsite staff.

  • What should I bring?

    Your dog’s food (preferably pre-portioned), medications, and an optional comfort item if your dog stays alone.

Reservations & Policies FAQ

  • Are reservations required?

    Yes, for both daycare and boarding.

  • Are deposits needed?

     During peak seasons/holidays.

  • What is the pickup policy?

    No late pickups—doors close at 8pm.

  • Are exit baths available?

     Yes, for an additional fee with a reservation.

  • What are the health requirements?

    Up-to-date vaccinations and no signs of illness.

  • Do I need an emergency contact?

     Yes, someone who can take your pet to the vet if needed.

  • How do you maintain cleanliness?

    Yes, but limited so staff can focus on your pet.
